No Bail to Satyam Computers Founder

Supreme Court has not accepted bail plea of Satyam Computers founder, Ramalinga Raju. Court doesn't accepted bail plea because his lawyer delayed in filing. He is involve in multi Millions corporate scam which rocked Indian IT industry reputation. However, other 5 employees accused in the scam got bail.

Many employees lay off due to the scam and investors lost huge amount of money. He increased company’s shares value by making false profit. 

Update: Supreme Court has finally granted bail to B. Ramalinga Raju, the disgraced founder of Satyam Computers on Friday, 4th November. He served in jail almost 32 months. With his release,  all the 10 accused in what is considered to be biggest corporate fraud in India, are out of jail now. Who are losers in the entire case?
